In order to use the ePrint Upload application for this season’s competitions you will need to download an updated license file. To do this, please run the eUpdate ePrint Upload App program that was installed along with ePrint Upload. This will download and apply an update to your license file that will allow you to access the 2009-2010 competitions. No other changes should be needed.

If you have been using your charteroakphoto.com email through an email client and have had difficulties setting it up, this new feature might be just what you’ve been looking for. For convenience and speed this year we have added web-based email access. All you need to do is go to:
http://www.charteroakphoto.com/mail/
In the username field, type in your whole email address, for example johnsmith@charteroakphoto.com
In the password field, type in your existing password.
Voila, you are all set!
