Don’t miss the big Adobe Photoshop CS5 announcement tomorrow. Many sites will have special posts on the new features including NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Professionals), which will be debuting its Adobe Photoshop CS5 Learning Center.
Having had the opportunity to be a beta tester for CS5, I’ve got to tell you there are some really cool features being introduced. You’ve probably seen some of them through the sneak previews on the Web; now’s the time to start using and enjoying it!
The April Slide-O-Gram is now available; just click the link below.
Please Note - As Cindy is retiring as publisher of the Slide-O-Gram, this is the next to last issue unless someone steps up to take over the reins. If you feel you’d like to give it a shot, please contact Meredith Harris.
Initial results from the Glennie Interclub competition were received and Charter Oak tied for 23rd place. We are to congratulate ourselves on this impressive accomplishment, given that 106 clubs from as far away as Australia, Brazil, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom participated. Out of the nine clubs from Connecticut that entered, only one placed higher than Charter Oak (New Haven Camera Club tied for 6th place).
C. Gosselin received a Merit Award in the Mammals – Carnivores & Omnivores category with the image “Predator and Prey.” The image scored 26 points. Winning images should be posted soon onto the Glennie site. Look at results and check for uploaded images at:
