Specified Topic Categories for 2009-2010 Competition Season Announced

The Specified Topic categories for the 2009-2010 Digital Image competition season are:
October:
Waterfalls
November:
Nature (PSA rules)
January:
Shadows
February:
Creative Camera Techniques (zooming, panning, multiple exposure, etc.)
March:
Occupations (image that illustrates a recognizable occupation – e.g., showing people at work or “tools” of the job, etc)
April:
Using Candlelight (auxiliary light sources allowed, but candlelight should dominate in the photo)
May:
Nondomestic Captive Animals (e.g., zoo, aquarium,…)
Might we add the submission dates (10 days prior to the competition) for each month and the competition date as well? thanks!
I’ll probably do that once the rules are finalized. I actually changed it back to 7 days due to the software.
